The Turmoil XP3 Hybrid is the new hybrid coverstock that bridges the gap with speed, fitting perfectly between the Pearl and Solid. When To Use

Speed Dominant - For bowlers whose speed sometimes overwhelms their rev rate, the Max Thrill Hybrid will truly only be ideal in very high friction environments.  For speed dominant bowlers unable to use the super clean Max Thrill Pearl, this new hybrid offering should give more traction while still offering plenty of pop down lane.

Balanced - Balanced bowlers who compete in second shifts or on high friction surfaces will find the Max Thrill Hybrid to be a benchmark piece for those scenarios.  The Max Thrill Hybrid offers a predictable and strong motion down lane for balanced bowlers in higher friction environments.

Rev Dominant - For rev dominant bowlers, the Max Thrills are an absolute must.  One of the reasons this ball was developed was because EJ Tackett uses the Max Thrills so much and felt like there was too large a gap between the pearl and solid.  When the greatest in the world asks for it, we deliver.

    MOTIV MAX THRILL HYBRID

    The MAX THRILL HYBRID fits perfectly between the Solid and Pearl.
    These so called entry level balls are far from entry level.
    If your looking for the strongest entry level balls on the market look no further.
    The Hybrid out of box provides good length and angularity down lane while providing excellent pin carry.

    A great ball for rev dominant and or low speed bowlers.

    Higher speed players can hit cover with 2000 and just let it lane shine.

    A must have in any Motiv Maniacs bag

    Not Just For Dry Lanes

    I picked up my new Thrill Hybrid last night before league but didn't bowl with it as I usually don't have good luck hitting the lanes in league play with a brand new ball. Maybe I should have! I bowled my average in league, which is fine, but never really where you want to be. I stayed after and bowled three practice games with another league member. I pulled out the Thrill Hybrid expecting to spend at least a game figuring out where to stand and where to throw as the lanes were pretty wet that night. It took me two frames to find placement and ended up making three personal bests with this ball! First time with three 200+ games in a row, first clean game ever, and first 600+ series. This ball is smooth, predictable, and responds well to even minor changes. I didn't think anything would surpass my Raptor Rush as my go to ball but this ball has done it after only three games. I absolutely love this ball. Now, it's just up to me to improve on consistency... Huge shout out to Motiv for this ball and their overall product superiority (in my opinion).

    Great dry lane ball

    Getting back into the sport after some time, and trying to practice for up coming summer league I have been struggling with dry lane conditions during open bowling/practice. I bought this ball because I had nothing on the lower tier of the ball chart. Was able to play an area of the lane that I hope to use during league night with my other balls. Gained confidence quickly with this ball. It makes a great addition to my arsenal.
